PANTIES GALORE!

As you can see panties are get getting serious exposure on the runway, and Dolce & Gabbanna, Fendi, Felder Felder, Marc Jacobs, Christian Dior, Jean Paul Gaultier, Hannah Marshall, House of Holland and Proenza Schouler have all jumped on the "underwear as outerwear" train. I honestly think it's quite cute and sexy, as long as its done classy and subtly. this is one of those things that could easily turn into a train wreck so be careful if you want to try it. As long as you don't reference Britney’s Gimmie More video in any way you should be fine. Personally I think it works best with light, spring colored garments on top, in fabrics like lace, so they look more sweet, than skanky.
